Brochure and booklet design

The Emporium Melbourne is a jewel box of the world’s most expressive brands. Visual Unity designed a jewel-like origami fold brochure that begged to be picked up and explored. A traditional tenancy design vision document accompanied the brochure to complement and round out the guidelines package.

The brochure design integrated a laser-cut jewel pattern on the cover and incorporated a clear holographic foil finish throughout. These subtle print techniques create a premium document that glints in the light to catch the reader’s eye.

A custom designed booklet, with fold-out gatefold spreads, was created to complement the marketing and leasing design package for the Melbourne Emporium.
