Chadstone is more than a shopping centre, it's a global destination known for delivering a world-class luxury retail experience. The brief was to design tenancy fit-out guidelines that not only communicated the centre’s strict visual and operational standards but embodied the sophistication of the brand itself.

An Experience, Not Just a Document
To mirror Chadstone’s elevated identity, we created a highly considered brochure system — featuring a concertina fold format, blind-embossed detailing, white and gold foils, and a custom sleeve, all produced on specialty stock. Every element was chosen to make a tactile, visual impression that aligned with the centre’s premium position.
