Located in the heart of Perth, Enex transformed the city’s retail landscape with a curated mix of fashion, food, and lifestyle across three levels. More than a shopping centre, Enex required a distinctive identity system that could unify its offering while honouring the site’s historic architecture.
We were engaged to create and apply a complete brand system that brought Enex’s modern, energetic personality to life while remaining grounded in local context.

Transforming Perth’s Retail Scene
Working closely with ISPT and the lead architects, we rolled out a comprehensive visual identity system across key retail and communications touchpoints including entry signage, wayfinding, leasing collateral, and the original website design.
Patterns and textures were subtly integrated throughout, referencing Western Australia’s landscape and mining history — a nod to place that gave the contemporary brand lasting meaning and authenticity.


Inspired by Western Australia's Heritage
From street presence to signage inside the space, each design element reinforced a unified brand experience. The visual system enhanced customer flow, clarified navigation, and delivered a strong sense of place all while preserving the charm of the heritage-listed 1890s façade.

Working alongside ISPT and the lead architects, a visually rich, strategically grounded identity system was developed that captured Enex’s unique positioning in Perth’s retail scene; bold, cohesive, and built to grow with the centre.
